Shaun was invited to speak at the Monday meeting for the Monterey Owners Representative Assembly (MORA) at the Monterey Yacht and Country Club in Stuart. We were very happy to provide useful information to their large retirement community, including for all of the “snowbirds” owning condominiums there, and their needs for certain Florida documents, despite being legal residents of other states.
