This January, we were once again invited to clients Frank and Liz Galligan’s home in Lost Lake of Hobe Sound to speak before the Women’s Club of Lost Lake. Shaun discussed the importance of having a solid estate plan in place, and also the Elder Law services of Shaun W. Wiedrick, P.A. He touched on various topics and answered a lot of good questions from the ladies, which led to some very informative discussions. We were also joined by local realtor and Lost Lake Women’s Club member, Kate Hudson, who knows first hand the importance of having up to date Florida documents in place – especially a Durable Power of Attorney, for dealing with real estate transactions.
